1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
2. Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree using a fork in a mixing bowl.
3. Add the eggs, liquid honey, and melted butter to the bowl, then mix well.
4. Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix, gradually pouring in the milk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
5. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it. Sprinkle the surface of the cake with sunflower seeds and a mixture of other seeds.
6. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until the cake is well risen and golden.
7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
8. Enjoy warm or cold.
