Multi-seed Banana Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
  • 2.   Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree using a fork in a mixing bowl.
  • 3.   Add the eggs, liquid honey, and melted butter to the bowl, then mix well.
  • 4.   Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix, gradually pouring in the milk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
  • 5.   Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it. Sprinkle the surface of the cake with sunflower seeds and a mixture of other seeds.
  • 6.   Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until the cake is well risen and golden.
  • 7.   Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  • 8.   Enjoy warm or cold.
