Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).
  • 2.   In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and vegetable margarine and sugar.
  • 3.   Add the egg and mix, then add the Maïzena® Corn Flower, rice flour and yeast.
  • 4.   Mix carefully to obtain a homogeneous paste, then incorporate the chocolate chips.
  • 5.   Form small dough balls and store them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • 6.   Using a fork, lightly crush the small balls of dough.
  • 7.   Bake for 15 minutes, until the cookies take on a slightly golden color.
  • 8.   Let cool before tasting.
