Instructions

  • 1.   Your recipe for chicken skewers with yogurt sauce begins the day before by marinating your chicken.
  • 2.   To do this, cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and marinate them in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Refrigerate until the next day.
  • 3.   The next day, gently wash the mushrooms and roughly chop them. Then, wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into strips wide enough to fit on the skewer without breaking. Finish by washing the cherry tomatoes.
  • 4.   On skewers, alternate a piece of mushroom, a piece of marinated chicken, a strip of bell pepper, and a cherry tomato.
  • 5.   Grill these skewers on the barbecue for a few minutes.
  • 6.   Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt sauce: peel and cut the cucumber into pieces, then mix the 2 yogurts, mustard, cucumber pieces, the remaining lemon juice, cumin, and chopped chives.
  • 7.   Serve the skewers with this light sauce.
  • 8.   All that's left is to serve.
