Gratin dumplings with tomato

Cooking: 15 minutes


  • 1.   Place the dumplings in a small gratin dish (depending on the variety it is not necessary to precook them).
  • 2.   Sauté in a saucepan, the tomatoes cut in large pieces with a little olive oil. Stir constantly. Add basil and season to taste.
  • 3.   Pour the tomato sauce on the quenelles. Add the grated cheese.
  • 4.   Bake until the quenelles swell and the top is browned.
