Tomato Quenelle Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the quenelles in a small gratin dish (depending on the variety, it may not be necessary to precook them).
  • 2.   In a saucepan, sauté the tomatoes cut into large pieces with a little olive oil. Stir constantly. Add basil and season to taste.
  • 3.   Pour the tomato sauce over the quenelles. Add the grated cheese.
  • 4.   Bake in the oven until the quenelles are puffed up and the top is nicely browned.

  • 1 dumpling
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 small basil (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
