Tomato Quenelle Gratin

Instructions

. Place the quenelles in a small gratin dish (depending on the variety, it may not be necessary to precook them).

. In a saucepan, sauté the tomatoes cut into large pieces with a little olive oil. Stir constantly. Add basil and season to taste.

. Pour the tomato sauce over the quenelles. Add the grated cheese.

. Bake in the oven until the quenelles are puffed up and the top is nicely browned.
