Peach Charlotte

Instructions

  • 1.   Sweeten the cottage cheese according to your taste.
  • 2.   Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the peach syrup and place them at the bottom and on the sides of a charlotte mold.
  • 3.   Cut the peaches into small pieces.
  • 4.   Put a little sweetened cottage cheese at the bottom of the mold, then the peach pieces. Alternate layers of cottage cheese and peaches until 2 cm from the top of the mold, finishing with a layer of cottage cheese. Finish by placing ladyfingers dipped in syrup.
  • 5.   Close the charlotte mold and refrigerate for 12 hours. (Place a heavy container on top of the mold to compress it well).
  • 6.   Unmold just before serving.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 bag of ladyfinger
  • 1 cup of peach in syrup (canned)
  • 500 g of fat-free white cheese
  • 10 g of sugar
