Spaghetti with beetroot cream and ham

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the beetroot and peel it with a peeler.
  • 3.   Cut it into pieces and blend them, gradually incorporating the heavy cream. Set aside.
  • 4.   When the spaghetti is cooked, drain them using a colander and transfer them back to the sauté pan.
  • 5.   Pour the beetroot puree and the diced ham on top and heat for 2 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve immediately.

  • 250 g of raw red beet
  • 150 g of ham cubes
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • salt (according to taste)
