Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onions
  • 2.   Return to the butter and oil mixture until soft and lightly browned
  • 3.   Sprinkle flour mixture, wet with hot water and white wine and season.
  • 4.   Cover and let it bubble gently for 20min
  • 5.   Toast bread slices
