Simple and Quick Quesadillas

An easy and quick recipe for quesadillas, cheese-filled tortillas. Perfect for appetizers or a Mexican meal.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut thin sticks of gouda cheese. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
  • 2.   Place a small tortilla in a non-stick pan, without any fat.
    Arrange cheese sticks and a few onion slices on top of the tortilla.
  • 3.   Fold the tortilla in half and cook it on each side for about 1 minute. The cheese should be melted! Repeat the process for each tortilla.

Notes & Suggestions

  • If you don't have small tortillas, use halves instead.

  • 8 small tortilla wrap
  • 100 g of Gouda
  • 150 g of red onion
