Instructions

  • 1.   Fry your fries in the fryer about 15 minutes, following the instructions on the package.
  • 2.   In a small saucepan, pour the milk and dilute in cornstarch. Mix well until completely diluted in the liquid.
  • 3.   Cut the blue cheese into small pieces and add them to the milk.
  • 4.   Heat the milk over high heat, stirring constantly. After about 5 minutes, the mixture thickens, you can remove it from the heat.
  • 5.   Grill the meat in a frying pan or barbecue for a few minutes per side, depending on the desired cooking and serve with the fries and cover with sauce.
