Instructions

  • 1.   Put all the ingredients in a saucepan (big enough as the mixture rises when heated), heat to melt the butter and sugar.
  • 2.   Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 3.   Gradually, the mixture thickens and turns a beautiful brown color. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes, then stir for 10 minutes with a wooden spoon until the fudge starts to harden!
  • 4.   Pour into a buttered baking dish and cut it before it becomes too hard.
  • 5.   Enjoy your meal!

  • 17 cl of water
