Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Wash, peel, core, and dice the pears.
  • 3.   Mix the sugar, flour, and butter to obtain a sandy dough.
  • 4.   Roughly chop the chocolate and hazelnuts, then incorporate them into the mixture.
  • 5.   Pour the pears into a buttered baking dish, and cover them with the dough.
  • 6.   Bake for 25 minutes.
