Tuna, Hard-Boiled Egg, and Mayonnaise Wrap

Instructions

  • 1.   Clean and dry the lettuce leaves.
  • 2.   Clean, remove the stem, and cut the tomato into small cubes.
  • 3.   Clean and dice the cucumber.
  • 4.   Drain and crumble the tuna.
  • 5.   Crumble the hard-boiled eggs.
  • 6.   Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 7.   Add the tuna and hard-boiled eggs and mix well.
  • 8.   Place the lettuce leaves, followed by the tomato and cucumber pieces, in the center of the wheat tortillas, along the length.
  • 9.   Cover the top with the mayonnaise mixture.
  • 10.   Roll the tortillas tightly to form the wraps.
  • 11.   Refrigerate the wraps until ready to serve.
  • 12.   Enjoy chilled.

  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 125 g of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ cucumbers
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
