Very simple recipe, with few ingredients, for last-minute crepes ^^

Instructions

  • 1.   Put the flour in a bowl. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.
  • 2.   Pour half of the milk and mix well with a whisk or an electric mixer.
  • 3.   Once the mixture is smooth, add the sugar and pour the remaining milk gradually while continuing to beat (or mix).
  • 4.   Let it rest for at least 1 hour and cook in a hot pan or on a crepe maker (about 4 crepes each for 4 people).
