Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the bagels in half. Lightly toast them in a toaster.
  • 2.   Roughly mash the avocado flesh with a fork, along with lemon juice and pepper.
  • 3.   Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 4.   Spread the toasted bagel with avocado and herb cheese, and add the cherry tomatoes.
