Easy Aloo (Potato Curry or Aloo Bombay)

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Cut the potatoes and zucchini and/or eggplant into large cubes.
  • 2.   2. In the sauté mode, add oil to the pot.
  • 3.   3. Sauté the potatoes with curry or Indian spices for a few minutes.
  • 4.   4. Stop the sauté mode.
  • 5.   5. Add the cubes of zucchini or eggplant directly to the pot.

    1. Pour in 200 ml of water, salt, and pepper.

  • 6.   7. Cook on the quick or pressure cook setting for 10 minutes.
  • 7.   8. Once the cooking is done, add the heavy cream and adjust the seasoning.

  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • 200 ml of water
