Korean marinated beef

Enjoy this delicious dish, called "Bulgogi" in Korean, with a good bowl of rice. It is beef cut into small pieces, marinated and grilled.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into very thin slices. (To facilitate cutting, you can put the meat in the freezer for 3 hours).
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, mix well and let stand for 1 / 2h.
  • 3.   Put the slices of meat one by one in the salad bowl taking care to soak them well with the sauce, then marinate the meat for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • 4.   In a large hot skillet, with a little oil, quickly grind the meat well spread.
  • 5.   Put in a hollow dish the cooked meat and the juice after each cooking.

  • 1 onion
  • 15 g of sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon of soya sauce
