Grilled Zucchini with Tofu

. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.

. Cut the tofu into cubes and blend it.

. Peel and chop the garlic. Rinse, separate, and blend the parsley.

. Add the garlic, parsley, yogurt, salt, and pepper to the blender and blend.

. Fill the zucchini halves with this mixture and sprinkle them with grated gruyère cheese.

. Bake for 30 minutes and serve with rice, for example.
