Pumpkin and zucchini quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Line a pie dish with parchment paper and fill it with pastry. Blind bake for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and cut them into cubes, as well as the pumpkin flesh.
  • 4.   Put the vegetable cubes in a pot of salted boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.
  • 5.   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  • 6.   Drain the vegetables and add them to the bowl. Mix well and spread this mixture over the pastry base. Bake for 40 minutes.

  • 25 cl of heavy cream
  • 15 cl of milk
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
