Zucchini Pizza

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200-210°C (400-410°F).
  • 2.   Unroll the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 3.   Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a sauté pan. Add the zucchini and bell peppers and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring often. Spread the vegetables over the dough.
  • 4.   Slice the mozzarella and add it to the pizza. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with crumbled thyme. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Once out of the oven, drizzle with a little olive oil and serve immediately.
