Broccoli Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   For the crust: in a bowl, mix the flour and paprika, add a pinch of salt. Cut the butter into small pieces and work it with the flour until you get a very crumbly dough. Add a little water and continue working until you get a homogeneous dough.
  • 2.   Roll out the dough on a work surface and line a pie dish with it.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 4.   Cut the broccoli into small florets, then plunge them into boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes. Drain them and arrange them in the pie dish.
  • 5.   Beat the eggs with the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle the cheddar on top.
  • 6.   Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot!
