Pork with mustard

A classic revisited ... Less sugar and less fat. Roast pork: 270g in this recipe

  • 1.   Sear the pork tenderloin in a skillet covered with a baking sheet. Add salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Cook the potatoes
  • 3.   Cook green beans with steam or water.
  • 4.   Peel and chop the shallots. Spread them around the meat. Sprinkle with olive oil. Cook over low heat, turning the meat twice.
  • 5.   While cooking, mix liquid cream, mustard and capers in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, power 850W, or in a small saucepan, then pour over the meat.

  • 2 slice of roast pork
  • 1 tablespoon of caper
  • 4 tablespoon of light cream (12-15%)
  • 1 tablespoon of old-style mustard
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 120 g of green bean
  • 4 Nicola potatoes
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
