Instructions
1. Sear the pork fillets in a pan lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the potatoes.
3. Steam or boil the green beans.
4. Peel and chop the shallots. Scatter them around the meat. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook over low heat, turning the meat twice.
5. While cooking, mix the heavy cream, mustard, and capers in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, 850W power, or in a small saucepan, then pour it over the meat.
