Garlic Bread

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the baguette without cutting all the way through (the slices of bread should be joined together for about 2 cm).
  • 2.   Chop the garlic cloves with the parsley.
  • 3.   Slightly melt the butter (it should just be soft).
  • 4.   Mix the butter, garlic, and parsley to form a homogeneous paste.
  • 5.   Spread pieces of this mixture between the slices of bread (on both sides of each slice).
  • 6.   Bake at 180°C.
