Instructions

  • 1.   Mash the banana with a fork. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks and banana together. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the banana mixture. Add the blueberries.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a pan, cook a pancake over medium heat, and cut it into pieces using a fork. Brown these pancake pieces.
