Warm green bean and feta salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the green beans in a pot of salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain them and set aside.
  • 2.   Prepare the dressing in a salad bowl by mixing finely chopped shallot, mustard, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Cut the feta into small cubes, add it to the salad bowl along with the green beans. Mix well and serve.

  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
