Instructions

  • 1.   Put the garlic in the bowl and chop for 5 sec / speed 5.
  • 2.   Add the peppers and cucumber and blend for 5 sec / speed 5. Insert the steaming basket and hold it down with the spatula to drain the juice. Remove the steaming basket.
  • 3.   Add the cheese and spices, blend for 10-15 sec / speed 2.
  • 4.   Transfer to a dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 5.   Serve on toast or as a dip for a barbecue. This sauce pairs well with steamed potatoes or vegetable sticks.

  • 80 g of red bell pepper
  • 80 g of yellow bell pepper
  • 100 g of cucumber
  • 400 g of cream cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon of curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon of hot paprika
  • salt (according to taste)
