Tomato, Zucchini, and Goat Cheese Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Grate the zucchini
    Peel the tomatoes
    Sauté them in a pan
    Season with salt and pepper
  • 2.   Fill the pastry crust with the mixture
    Top with slices of goat cheese
  • 3.   Beat the eggs in an omelette, add grated gruyère cheese and fresh cream.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in the oven. Set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

  • 100 g of gruyère

  • 20 cl of heavy cream
