Apple Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 150°C (th.5). Put the granulated sugar, eggs, and baking powder in a food processor and mix well. Then add a yogurt, sifted wheat flour with baking powder, and oil, and mix again. Make sure the mixture is well blended and without lumps.
  • 2.   Peel and dice one apple. Add it to the cake batter. Also, pour a little alcohol of your choice or sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 3.   Pour the batter into a greased or lined loaf pan with parchment paper. Peel the second apple and cut it into slices, which you will place on top of the cake. It will bring a caramelized touch to your apple cake and also serve as decoration.
  • 4.   Bake your cake for 1 hour. Check with a knife to make sure it is cooked through. If the mixture is not fully cooked when you remove the knife, leave it in the oven for a few more minutes. Let it cool before removing it from the pan.
  • 5.   Your apple cake is now ready! Enjoy it for breakfast or at any time of the day. With this cake, you're in for a treat!
