1. Peel and finely chop the onion, sauté it in a lightly oiled pan with curry until translucent.
2. Meanwhile, grate the zucchini.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
4. In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini, chopped onion, grated cheese, finely chopped basil leaves, a little salt and pepper.
5. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add one whole egg + 1 egg white, previously beaten, and mix well.
6. Shape the mixture into balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the oven. The balls should be golden brown.
