1. Peel and slice the onion, then cut the zucchini into thin rounds.
2. In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the onion and minced garlic for a few minutes, then add the zucchini and dried basil. Continue cooking until the zucchini is tender, about ten minutes.
3. Meanwhile, blend the feta cheese with the cream, add salt and pepper, as well as freshly chopped basil. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauté pan along with the cream, mix well, and continue cooking for 5 minutes over low heat.
