Avocado, Garlic, Lemon, and Basil Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in salted boiling water with the two peeled garlic cloves. Drain, reserving two or three tablespoons of cooking water. Keep warm.
  • 2.   Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut it into coarse cubes. Blend with the two garlic cloves, lemon juice, basil, and olive oil. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little cooking water. Season with salt to taste.
  • 3.   Mix with the pasta, grate some Parmesan cheese, and sprinkle with grated lemon zest for decoration. Enjoy quickly!
