Spinach, Avocado, Sweet Potato, and Poached Egg Bowl

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the sweet potato, then drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
  • 2.   Cook the eggs for 5 minutes and slice the avocado. Add the lamb's lettuce.
  • 3.   Season everything with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 pinch of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 handful of lamb's lettuce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
