Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion, then sauté it in a pan with a knob of butter and add the spinach.
  • 2.   Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, and pour everything into the pan with the onion and spinach. Sprinkle with some feta cubes and cook on low heat until the eggs are cooked. Serve with a green salad!
