Breaded feta bagel with zucchini and tomato

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the tomato and zucchini into small cubes.
  • 2.   Sauté the zucchini in olive oil with garlic, pepper, and salt.
  • 3.   Cut the feta into cubes, roll them in breadcrumbs, and brown them in hot olive oil.
  • 4.   Cut the bagels in half and quickly toast them, then place the zucchini cubes, tomato cubes, and finish with the breaded feta.
