1. Butter both sides of the slices of white bread.
2. On 4 out of the 8 slices, sprinkle grated cheese, place a slice of cured ham, a slice of raclette cheese, another slice of cured ham, more grated cheese, and finally cover with the remaining buttered slices of bread.
3. Toast the sandwich in a pan with a little bit of butter for a few minutes.
4. Fry 4 eggs sunny-side up in a pan, then place one egg on top of each sandwich.
