1. In the bowl of the mixer fitted with the Beater attachment, add the tomato sauce, olive oil, a pinch of salt and herbs, then start the mixer on Speed 1, at 95 °C, for 10 minutes.
2. Transfer the tomato sauce to a bowl, rinse the bowl and add the water and salt, then bring the water to a boil on Speed 2, at 130 °C, for 11 minutes.
3. Start cooking on Speed 2 at 100 °C for 35 minutes or for the suggested cooking time on the polenta package. With the attachment moving, gradually pour the flour through the lid opening.
4. Serve the polenta puree seasoned with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.
5. Serve with sliced ham.
