Instructions

  • 1.   In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the meat. Let it cook for a few minutes, then add the chopped parsley and crumbled bouillon cube, and pour in the white wine.
  • 2.   Peel and chop the shallots, slice the bell pepper, and add them to the skillet. Pour in the contents of the can of crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and let simmer for 1 hour.
