Instructions

  • 1.   Clean the scallops.
    Pour the beer into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the scallops, fish, and shrimp. Season with pepper.
  • 2.   Cook in the beer over high heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and remove the seafood and fish using a slotted spoon. Strain and reserve the cooking liquid.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to the broil setting.
    In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the chickpea flour. Mix well. Slowly pour in the milk, reserved cooking liquid, and curry powder, whisking constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Place the seafood and fish in a gratin dish, pour the sauce over them, and bake for 6 minutes.

  • 200 g of white fish
  • 8 peeled shrimps
  • 12 cl of blonde beer
  • Béchamel :
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 20 g of chickpea flour
  • 12 cl of semi-skimmed milk
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
