Low-carb Marinated Orange Shrimp

Instructions

  • 1.   In a shallow dish, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and a pinch of paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Add the peeled shrimp and mix well.
  • 2.   Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 3.   Cook the shrimp for a few minutes in a skillet. Keep warm. Add the marinade to the skillet and let it reduce for a few minutes.
  • 4.   Pour the cooking juice over the shrimp when serving and garnish with coriander leaves.

  • 20 large cooked peeled shrimp
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 leaf of fresh coriander
