1. In a shallow dish, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and a pinch of paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Add the peeled shrimp and mix well.
2. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Cook the shrimp for a few minutes in a skillet. Keep warm. Add the marinade to the skillet and let it reduce for a few minutes.
4. Pour the cooking juice over the shrimp when serving and garnish with coriander leaves.
