Pineapple, Carrot, Smoked Salmon Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Grate the carrots and season them. Let them sit for about 30 minutes to release their juice.
  • 2.   Wash and cut the lettuce into pieces.
  • 3.   Cut the pineapple slices and smoked salmon into cubes and strips.
  • 4.   Mix everything together just before eating.

Ingredients for servings

  • 4 medium carrot
  • 4 slice of pineapple in syrup
  • 4 slice of smoked salmon
  • 1 green salad
