Pineapple, Carrot, Smoked Salmon Salad

Instructions

. Grate the carrots and season them. Let them sit for about 30 minutes to release their juice.

. Wash and cut the lettuce into pieces.

. Cut the pineapple slices and smoked salmon into cubes and strips.

. Mix everything together just before eating.
