Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the pizza dough. Wait at least 15 minutes for it to rise, it will be easier to work with.
  • 2.   Roll out the dough on an oiled baking sheet, then cover it with a thin layer of sour cream.
  • 3.   Arrange the salmon slices so that they cover the entire dough.
  • 4.   Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and some lemon zest.
  • 5.   Finally, cut the mozzarella into medium slices to cover the pizza; you can decorate with a few lemon slices.
  • 6.   Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).
  • 7.   Optional: crack eggs 5 minutes before the end of cooking and put back in the oven for a few minutes.

  • 1 teaspoon of fresh oregano
