Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Peel and slice the onion.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, sauté the chicken with the onion using the browning function for 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the tomato pulp, coconut milk, curry, salt, pepper, rice, and water, then start the pressure cooking for 10 minutes. Mix well and serve immediately.

  • 150 g of rice
