Chicken and vegetable wraps

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the yogurt and cream cheese and spread it on a tortilla.
  • 2.   Place a slice of chicken ham.
  • 3.   Then add lettuce leaves, some grated carrots, and cucumber slices.
  • 4.   Roll the tortilla tightly.
  • 5.   Cut into sections and secure with toothpicks.

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 2 chicken ham
  • 2 leaf of green salad
  • ½ cucumbers
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 spreadable cheese
  • 1 cottage cheese
