Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the carrots.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, put the meat, carrots, vegetable broth, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and start pressure cooking for 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the cream, mix with a spatula, and serve immediately.
