Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and cut the turkey cutlets in half and the goat cheese into 8 thick slices.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 4 thick slices, then strip the rosemary leaves.
3. Place the turkey cutlets in a baking dish and top each one with a slice of tomato and a slice of goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Serve the turkey cutlets drizzled with the cooking juices.
