Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel the apples.
  • 2.   Cut the apples into cubes.
  • 3.   Cut the butter and let it soften at room temperature. Add sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then mix with your fingertips. Place everything in a gratin dish.
  • 4.   Place the dough on top of the fruits.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 minutes.

  • 4 apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 100 g of coconut sugar
  • 100 g of whole wheat flour (T150)
  • 80 g of butter
