Sautéed Shrimp with Parsley - Low GI

Instructions

. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Wash and chop the parsley.

. In a bowl, mix the garlic and parsley with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to obtain the parsley mixture.

. In a non-stick pan, sauté the shrimp in the remaining olive oil. Add the parsley mixture and continue cooking, stirring well. Season to taste.
