Sautéed Shrimp with Parsley - Low GI

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Wash and chop the parsley.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the garlic and parsley with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to obtain the parsley mixture.
  • 3.   In a non-stick pan, sauté the shrimp in the remaining olive oil. Add the parsley mixture and continue cooking, stirring well. Season to taste.

  • 24 large cooked peeled shrimp
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
