Instructions

. Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces. In a blender, add the yogurt, fructose, soy cream, and mango pieces. The almond milk can be added to the mixture at this point.

. Blend everything well and divide the lassi into 4 glasses.

. Serve chilled.
