Low GI Mango Lassi

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces. In a blender, add the yogurt, fructose, soy cream, and mango pieces. The almond milk can be added to the mixture at this point.
  • 2.   Blend everything well and divide the lassi into 4 glasses.
  • 3.   Serve chilled.

  • 3 mangos
  • 4 strained yogurts
  • 1 tablespoon of fructose
  • 1 tablespoon of soy cream
  • 10 cl of almond milk (optional)
