Low-carb Fig Clafoutis

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), Gas Mark 6.
    Wash and quarter the figs.
  • 2.   Arrange them in a silicone dish and set aside.
  • 3.   In a bowl, beat the eggs and then add the cream, almond powder, fructose, and vanilla extract. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture. Pour it over the fig quarters and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  • 4.   Bake for 35 minutes.

  • 60 g of almond powder
  • 30 g of fructose
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 50 g of sliced almond
