. Blend the fruits.

. Put in a saucepan and let it simmer, then add the sugar and agar agar. Let it simmer again.

. Line a square dish with parchment paper or plastic wrap and pour the mixture into it.

. Let it cool slightly and refrigerate to set overnight.

. The next day, place in the sun to dry the fruit paste. The longer you dry it, the better the preservation will be.

. Coat them with birch sugar or not.
