Instructions

  • 1.   Blend the fruits.
  • 2.   Put in a saucepan and let it simmer, then add the sugar and agar agar. Let it simmer again.
  • 3.   Line a square dish with parchment paper or plastic wrap and pour the mixture into it.
  • 4.   Let it cool slightly and refrigerate to set overnight.
  • 5.   The next day, place in the sun to dry the fruit paste. The longer you dry it, the better the preservation will be.
  • 6.   Coat them with birch sugar or not.

Ingredients for servings

  • 240 g of apple
  • 100 g of fructose
  • 240 g of strawberry
  • 3 g of agar agar
  • 1 tablespoon of birch sugar or xylitol
