Instructions

  • 1.   Boil the potatoes in water for 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Slice the shallots and parsley, cook the bacon.
  • 3.   Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Let them cool for 15 minutes. Mix all the ingredients.
